Refund Policy

1. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results.

• Playlists: We only guarantee that your track(s) will be added to the selected playlists. Any numbers we provide are estimates, which may be higher or lower, but no specific streams, listeners, or results are guaranteed as our placements are 100% organic.

• Ads Campaigns / Ads Management: We only guarantee that your visuals and campaigns will be properly posted. However, no algorithmic push, reach, engagement, or performance outcome is guaranteed.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only available within 24 hours after purchase and will be subject to:

• A 15% penalty fee of the total amount paid.

• Any Stripe processing fees (which are non-refundable).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued:

• After the 24-hour window has passed.

• Once a playlist placement or ad campaign has already been delivered.

• For dissatisfaction with performance metrics, as results are not guaranteed.
